Remember painting with your hands, building statues with popsicle sticks and glue? Creating the silliest objects as a kid was definitely a fun time to remember! Why have we stopped creating so much?! Why are we afraid to “show and tell” our adult creations? Don’t be afraid my friends! The world needs to see the beauty that comes from your magical mind. To the people who create hatred for your creations, they only help us! Don’t be afraid to show the world who you are and what you can create, regardless how silly you may feel, it just might be the thing that someone needed to see, hear, feel, taste, or touch.
As you know I create a bunch of different things now! I have my blog, my music, my manifestations, and projects in the making. I’m not afraid to show you who I am. Vulnerability is one of the sexiest things a human can do for themselves. You never know who you may influence with your beautiful magic. If you have something you want to create but are shy or scared, please, don’t be. We want to see your weirdness, your quirkiness, your silliness.
We live in a world with so much, sometimes too much consumption. Too much consumption and not enough creation. The more we create the more we connect with the divine, the divine Universe, Creator.
“Creativity, one of the core characteristics of God has been given unto us, so we may go and be creative in the Image of him.” (Romans 1:20)
What a beautiful thing! Who cares what people have to say about your work, they’re going to say something either way, so why not go full force?! Put that project or song in gear and throw it out there for all of us to see. You are not meant to hide.
I only know how to draw stick people, drawing isn’t my strong skill, but I have other strengths, that I am slowly learning more about every single day. Not good at one thing? Try another, and another, and keep going until you find your niche. Produce what feels good for you, if you’re fighting against something, perhaps try another thing! If you don’t think you have anything good to bring into the world or you feel that you’re unskilled or feel like you’re not good at anything, you’re too hard on yourself. Every single being has something they’re good at. We all have a special, unique gift to bring into the world. Never forget that.
So, don’t be shy.
