NEW YEAR, NEW HABITS

Happy New Year everyone!

Now I’m sure most of us have made our new year’s resolutions, ready to go strong on them. How many are staying committed? The fact that you want to better yourself in the first place is a win. I have told myself that I am going to create better habits for myself. How dedicated and how long I keep these habits, well, that’s unknown. But don’t worry, one day at a time with good intentions for yourself, you will carve out the brighter path you so desperately desire for yourself.

I just got over an illness. That was not fun. I am very sure that if we don’t have our health, we actually don’t have much or anything at all. Being sick is a burden. I do believe, and this might sound crazy, I along with many other people were sick at the same time, and I have been told that they are ascension symptoms. Jumping to a higher timeline. Coming out of the illness, I feel this weird humbleness inside of me. I feel different. I feel like things are going to succeed on every freakin’ level. I feel like nothing can stop me now, no person can change my direction or emotions. The world is my literal oyster and I’m going to make big beautiful pearls out of every situation, as you should too!

Starting new habits and actually sticking to them is a windy unknown road. But you don’t have to set yourself a million new habits at once. Just start with one tiny habit that will create a better version of you. I started with omitting alcohol out of my life, and here I am at day 7, just like that. (Yes, I go back and forth with sobriety) but the recent illness I had has told me to change now. I now want to start at the gym, and with that I take day by day. Don’t worry about the long term achievements, that seems to trick our minds into being impossible, we lose interest, hope and just give up, getting us nowhere in the end. One little tiny habit change today, will change your life forever.

It doesn’t have to be hard. Be easy on yourself. If you are hard on yourself, it will only be harder for you. You make the decision whether it will be easy or difficult. I think we all want easy peasy lemon squeezy, fresh lemonade worthy results! Worry about today and the rest will fall into place. That makes it SO much easier.

I wish you all the very most abundant year ahead. Everything is working for you. Don’t forget that. You can achieve great things in this human experience, this silly game we call life.

With joy, happiness, peace, harmony and love, I give you good strong positive energy to conquer anything that comes your way.

You got this. We got this. Amen. Xx
