Who cares?!
Okay, I am pretty sure A LOT of us are going to agree, that we, at some point in our life, have felt super uncomfortable walking into school, an event, special occasions or into work and felt the eyes staring at you. You can feel the judgment or “silent thoughts” coming from other people looking your way. This is insecurity.
Why do we feel insecure of ourselves? I mean, we ALL are beautiful Beings who are equal and One with Earth. There is no person above you, below you, behind you or ahead of you. We stand shoulder to shoulder embracing each other’s quirks and beautified flaws. Who cares what other people think of you? I want you to try your best to throw away the feelings of insecurity and climb into your full self!
What other people think of you, is THEIR issue, not yours! This took a bit of work for myself but boy am I ever glad to be at the point where I give ZERO fucks (pardon my lingo) about what anyone else thinks or says about me! I want you all to put on your best heels, sandals, flip flops WHATEVER, and strut yourself down the runway, wherever you go! I want you to flaunt your imperfections, your disabilities, your “too fat, too skinny” self and magnetize the room with a tasteful glow. Forget about the nametags that humans put on one another.
The more in tune with yourself that you are, the more magnetic you become! You will start to notice that more people stop and stare at you or you feel the energy shift when you walk in a room! It’s LIBERATING! Gah! This stuff gets me SO excited, and I want you to be excited about who you are! There is zero shame in WHO YOU ARE! Say it loud! You bring your own unique qualities and gifts to this Planet and I want you to embrace that shit. I mean, who really cares if “Sally” or “Junior” think negatively of you, or you hear them overtalking about what kind of clothes your wearing?! Fuggetaboutit.
We are all superstars on this rock we call Home. There is no need to care about what other people think of you. Remember, that is THEIR issue, not yours! Embrace yourself, love yourself and show the World who you are. The World deserves to know who you are. That’s why we’re here! Get yourself liberated and pumped up as much as possible, even on those days when you feel like nothing is going right, or those awful bad hair days, or that one zit that decides to pop up on picture day or for an interview. Life happens. Everyday is not going to be perfect, but you need to remember that you ARE perfect, just the way you are.
So the next time you enter a room, go to work or into that classroom, remember who you are. You are, and always will be, a Superstar.
Be yourself and shine on my friend. Who cares what they think.
Shine on. xx
