Crisp mornings & self care

July 25, 2024

THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU! It’s another crisp morning where the clouds are soon evaporating and moving forward on their journey, whilst the sun rays beam down slowly warming the Earth. I thank God on the daily for giving me another day to try to be even better than I was yesterday. I set my intentions for the day while I lay in bed before I jump out of bed, making sure I set the intentions for myself but with the guidance of God.

Ever since I started setting good intentions, my days have become easier, lighter and fuller of joy and laughter! I am even noticing more and more people are making eye contact with me whilst saying “Hello!”. What a joy! While in most places people seem to be disconnected, there are still a few who are awake and aware that us humans still need the interactions with each other. I am so grateful for that! With that being said, I feel this is happening because of the work I am doing on myself. I have come a VERY long way. The books I found, from Sylvia Brown to Eckhart Tolle to Joseph Murphy, they have really opened my eyes and made me aware that we are so much more than we think we are.

The more you fix yourself and love yourself, the more your surroundings reflect your self care. Isn’t that crazy? I mean no wonder the world has been in distress for so long, it is because many humans still feel like they don’t matter, that they don’t love themselves. I say love yourself! I promise you, that you’re world will change once you begin the very first step. Open your eyes and realize the potential not only that you have, but that every single human being on this planet has! Just start with a little bit of love and a little bit of gratitude.

So today, my dear readers and fellow friends, I challenge you to wake up tomorrow, while you are still cozy in your bed, say thank you for 3 simple things. It could be the morning coffee or tea you have, your children, your health, the roof over your head! Look! That’s already four things. Be grateful, love yourself and remember that you matter! Things are about to get good. I promise.

Namaste! I say!
